On 16 November 2023, in Port-au-Prince - Cite Soleil, Ouest, for the fourth consecutive day, G-9 gang members clashed with the G-Pep La Gang coalition and the Ti Gabriel Gang as they fought to replace the Belekou Gang leader (and G-9 affiliate), who used to control the area and died on 12 November (coded separately). An unknown number of civilians and gangsters were killed, including a woman who was accused of being a gang informant. She was decapitated by Ti Gabriel affiliates. Others were injured. Between 13 and 16 November, Doctors Without Borders counted at least 50 fatalities, while Metropole reported more than 100. At least 50 fatalities split across six clashes reproted in Cite-Soleil between 13 and 16 November.
